Meet EXP Program Manager, Internship & Outreach, Maribel Alejandre

We are happy to welcome EXP alumna Maribel Alejandre back to EXP family as our Program Manager, Internship & Outreach! Maribel is your point of contact for more information on hosting and/or sponsoring summer interns from EXP Internship Program: Powered by Prologis. Maribel brings with her a passion for helping to connect industry and the local community to the next generation of young leaders. She also brings years of experience with employment pathways and partner relations. Prior to EXP, she directed the Energy Pathways Program for SBCC, involving multiple refinery employers such as Marathon, Phillips 66 and Chevron.

Maribel is a Wilmington resident who earned a BA in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach and is a proud graduate of Phineas Banning High School.

Volunteers Needed: Virtual Mock Interview Day

Tuesday, March 30th, 10am - 4pm

Spare an hour of your day to help 11th-grade EXP internship candidates prepare for their employer interviews over Zoom. Email Maribel with your preferred 1- or 2-hour time block and she will be in touch with more details.
