The N-E-X-T Framework aligns board governance, staff execution, and partner engagement around a shared set of priorities, ensuring that our Theory of Change is supported by the systems, partnerships, and financial strength required to scale impact over time.
By 2030, EXP will serve more than 10,000 students annually and operate as a regional leader in workforce development—building the systems that connect education to opportunity and preparing thousands of students for the future of work.
