HELP OUR STUDENTS EXPLORE SPORTS CAREERS BEFORE THE GAME - Your donation will provide our students from Barstow High School and Central High School with a unique career exploration experience! Before the game, our students will be treated to a behind-the-scenes arena tour and a Q&A panel with Ontario Reign professionals to learn about career possibilities in sports, entertainment, and event operations!

JOIN US AT THE GAME - Join the EXP team and our Barstow students for an evening of fun as the Ontario Reign takes on the San Diego Gulls. $5 from every ticket sold will go to support EXP programs in Barstow!

We are proud to support EXP Alum Jebriel Rogong (Narbonne HS ‘16), Executive Director of the South Bay Network! This one-day event that brings together employers, workforce organizations, universities, entrepreneurs, and small businesses from across Los Angeles to drive workforce placement, talent pipelines, and regional business growth.

Participating organizations will engage directly with job seekers, students, and hiring partners, explore collaboration opportunities, and access concentrated employer–talent connections designed to create real outcomes.

An INSIGHT Into Diversity 2023 Inspiring Programs in STEM award-winning program, EXP’s Women in STEM Career Day, introduces high school students to STEM-related careers with a special focus on inspiring girls and non-binary students. Students engage through expert panels, hands-on activities, networking opportunities, and “Lunch with a STEM Professional.” Never too early to sign up for 2027!
