PARKING
Free parking under the Solar Panel Open Parking Lot. (See map below.)
Alternative parking: There is a cost to park in the Parking Structure. You can park there at your own expense.
Wear comfortable shoes! It is quite a bit of a walk from the parking lot to our activities!
EVENT CHECK-IN - In front of the Student Union (Planetarium courtyard)
VIP Breakfast and Exhibitors: Check-in opens at 8:30 a.m.
Panelists: Please check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity. You still have to walk to your classroom from the check-in point!
“Lunch with a STEM Professional” volunteers: Please check in 5-10 minutes before your session.
Exhibitors/Panelists who are also participating at Lunch: There is no need to check in again. Just go on up to the second floor!
