Our Women in STEM Career Day is now an award-winning program!

EXP’s Women in STEM Career Day recently received the Inspiring Programs in STEM award by INSIGHT INTO Diversity magazine in their September issue. Thank you, INSIGHT Into Diversity, for this honor!

EXP’s Women in STEM Career Day started as a career panel at Carson High School in 2017 and has grown into an annual event with over 500 students, volunteers, and exhibitors. “Women in STEM provides young ladies with awareness of careers in the male-dominated world of STEM. I’m excited to see how this event continues to grow through the collaboration of our staff and industry partners,” said Alejandra Garcia, EXP Director of Program Operations.

Thanks to your support, we can continue to inspire and motivate young high school women to stay interested in STEM as a post-secondary education and career path so that they can succeed in school, career and life. We look forward to our next event in February 2024!
