Alejandra Garcia Rios, Senior Program Manager

An EXP’s alumna, Alejandra came onboard the EXP Team as a Program Assistant more than 5 years ago. Since then, she has steadily honed her skills and experience. Before accepting her new role as Senior Program Manager, Alejandra served as an EXP Program Manager, gaining extensive experience in managing in-school and off-campus student programs. She also gained experience spearheading the EXP signature event known as Women in STEM Career Awareness Day and managed EXP’s Internship Program: Powered by Prologis.

Alejandra contributes extensively to the success of the students who participate in EXP’s programs through her ability to connect with all stakeholder groups, along with an unwavering commitment and passion both for our mission and students. In her new role as our Senior Program Manager, Alejandra assumes the oversight of program activities for the organization to ensure successful delivery by EXP’s team of program managers.

Alejandra earned a BA in Behavioral Sciences from CSU Dominguez Hills and is pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Sector Management and Leadership from CSU Northridge with an expected graduation date of November 2021.

Eva Levingston, Program Manager

We at EXP are thoroughly impressed with Eva’s contributions as EXP’s Program Coordinator in just a little more than one year since joining the EXP Team. Eva has provided stellar support for all of our programs and the department’s team members. Her commitment to excellence and technical skills contributed greatly to EXP’s ability to quickly transition our programs from in-person to virtual online platforms during the first two months of the pandemic. She continues to provide a highly polished, professionalism in all she does and provides a substantively engaging level of service delivery for our “over-zoomed” and “over-stressed” young people. We are highly confident in Eva’s ability to shine in her new Program Manager role, where she will manage EXP’s program activities for students at Phineas Banning and Rancho Dominguez Preparatory high schools.

Eva earned a BS in Health Science, Community Health, from CSU Dominguez Hills, and will begin pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health this fall.

New Career Opportunities Available
